Job Title: Welder Job Description Join our team as a TIG Welder specializing in stainless steel equipment within a dynamic manufacturing and production environment. Responsibilities + Perform TIG welding on stainless steel equipment. + Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate and assemble metal components. + Execute MIG welding and flux core welding as required. + Ensure high-quality welding on food processing equipment. + Conduct welding tests including MIG and TIG weld tests on 12 Gauge - 16 Gauge stainless steel. Essential Skills + Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding. + Experience in welding stainless steel. + Ability to interpret blueprints. + Familiarity with fabrication processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Blueprint reading certifications and relevant schooling are a bonus. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a highly organized and clean manufacturing and production facility where safety is paramount. The position operates on the first shift from 6 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with potential Friday hours depending on workload. Steel-toed shoes are required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
