Office Manager/Bookkeeper - $30-$40/hr. Olney, MD This is a Full-Time Direct Hire position Join a premier design and build landscaping company known for creating exceptional outdoor living spaces for the residential market. Led by an owner deeply involved in every project and supported by in-house landscape architect/designers, delivering high quality craftsmanship, creativity, and a seamless client experience. Weu2019re seeking a full-time, on-site Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. In this role, youu2019ll : + Use QuickBooks Online to handle the officeu2019s finances, payroll and accounting + Manage daily office functions, support scheduling and communication + Handle correspondence and records and provide excellent customer service to clients and partners. + Your work will help ensure every projectu2014large or smallu2014runs with precision. Well qualified candidates will bring: + Bookkeeping proficiency with a track record of accuracy + Previous experience with month-end close, payroll, and bank reconciliations + Experience with QuickBooks Online , spreadsheets and email + Strong communication and customer service skills + Experience in office administration and administrative support + Excellent organization and timeu2011management abilities + A collaborative mindset and ability to work on-site + Experience in the landscaping or construction industry would be a plus This position comes with: + Pay of $30-$40/hr. + A flexible schedule to work 25 to 40 hours/week + Excellent benefits including paid holidays, sick days, PTO and health insurance.
