Introduction IBM Consulting is looking for a Senior Managing Consultant to join our Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing Transformation Centre of Competence (CoC). This global team of experts helps clients transform their manufacturing and asset management operations through innovation, AI, and data-driven insights.As part of this CoC, you will:u00b7 Inspire and engage clients by sharing IBMu2019s transformation experience and industry best practices.u00b7 Discover and shape opportunities using IBM Consulting frameworks and assets to identify value levers.u00b7 Co-create solutions through domain-led design sessions and innovation garages.u00b7 Partner with local teams to deliver at-scale transformation using proven methods and accelerators. Your role and responsibilities u00b7 Lead strategic engagements in manufacturing operations and asset management transformation.u00b7 Facilitate workshops and solution design sessions, leveraging deep domain expertise.u00b7 Shape and deliver AI-enabled manufacturing and asset management solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.u00b7 Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful execution of transformation programs.u00b7 Support business development through thought leadership, client presentations, and proposals. Required technical and professional expertise u00b7 Proven track record in large-scale transformation programs and senior stakeholder management.u00b7 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and asset management, with leadership roles in consulting or industry.u00b7 3+ years of experience with AI, IoT, predictive maintenance and/or advanced analytics applied to manufacturing and asset managementu00b7 Demonstrated experience in manufacturing processes and asset lifecycle management / reliability engineeringu00b7 Demonstrated experience in KPI-driven process or operational improvement practicesu00b7 Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience working in global, multi-disciplinary teams. Preferred technical and professional experience u00b7 Industry experience in manufacturing, industrial products, automotive, or energy sectors.u00b7 Experience implementing or using leading platforms (e.g. SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud, Oracle Manufacturing, IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, AVEVA/Other Historians, MES systems).u00b7 Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT-enabled smart assets and connected factories.u00b7 Experience with Pursue Model, ISA-95, ISO 55000 and other relevant standards.u00b7 Exposure to procurement and planning processes for integrated manufacturing and asset strategies.u00b7 Knowledge of sustainable manufacturing practices and ESG compliance.u00b7 Thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, or industry forums.IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
