This role is responsible for applying high-quality powder coatings to various metal components while ensuring durability, superior finish, and adherence to company quality standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and sandblasting as needed. Set up, operate, and maintain powder coating equipment and spray guns. Apply powder coatings with precision to ensure even coverage and proper finish. Monitor curing processes and perform quality checks to meet production and safety standards.
