JOB SUMMARY: A Consumer, Community Works Program is trained on and performs a variety of cleaning and janitorial duties at a variety of Goodwill of Colorado retail stores. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: + Perform cleaning and janitorial duties; sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash disposal, vacuuming, clean restrooms, window, and mirror; cleaning duties will be completed at Goodwill retail stores. + Adheres to customersu2019 quality and quantity standards. + Build and maintain effective quality working relationships with co-workers. + Completes tasks as their ability allows. + Safeguards all Goodwill property including donated goods. Reports any incidents of theft or unauthorized possession/removal of Goodwill property. + Follows all Goodwill policies and procedures. Follows safety rules and regulations. Acts safely at all times. + Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
