If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate Sales Operations to join our Advisory Operations organization.Responsibilities:Team with the administration and integration of sales compensation tracking systems, including Varicent, ensuring they are aligned with organizational changesMaintain data integrity by conducting regular system audits and resolving discrepancies in compensation dataServe as a subject matter expert (SME) for compensation tools, collaborating with internal teams to address bugs and implement necessary updatesConduct regular sales metric audits to ensure accurate crediting across BDO and AlliancesIdentify opportunities to integrate AI-enabled processes into existing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracyAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience in client delivery or related projects within a professional services firm is preferredBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is requiredProven experience with compensation tools such as Varicent or similar systemsStrong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail; expertise in data management and maintaining data integrity; excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skillsBackground in AI integration and business process automation is preferredStrong communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
