The Director of Supply Chain will lead and manage the BTR Supply Chain Team to ensure the most cost-effective and highest quality resources are available. They will accomplish this by working closely with local Purchasing/Construction Teams and by competitively bidding all construction categories for each BTR project. + Responsible for the accuracy of sales-related National BTR Plan Lineup hard cost budgets and proformas for key cities. + Create strategies to continually improve our cost positions within various markets. + Provide cost and details for investor price requests. + Participate in feature reviews with BTR Operations Teams, present new products for consideration, update related documents, and communicate any changes. + Assemble and direct the project bid process. + Schedule from request for proposal (RFP) setup through contract agreement. Qualifications + 10+ years of experience in supply chain/purchasing within the multi-family and/or single family new-home construction industry. + 6+ years of people leadership and management experience. Recruiting, hiring, training, growing, and managing a team of direct reports. Additional Information Multi-day travel at least once a month throughout the region.
