This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see:description:MAIN OBJECTIVETo perform diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of tractors and trailers,ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety and qualitystandards the Leon Logistics LTD.SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION- Identify and analyze mechanical and electrical problems in tractors and trailers.- Use diagnostic tools and specialized software to detect faults.- Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brake systems, suspension, and steering.- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance according to established schedules.- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.- Complete work reports and ensure necessary documentation for audits.- Ensure all repairs and maintenance comply with current safety and environmental regulations.- Understand and apply industry regulations for heavy vehicles.- Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and maintenance recommendations.- Provide excellent customer service to promote satisfaction and loyalty.- Control inventory of parts and tools, ensuring availability and proper use of resources- Request replacement parts as necessary.
