If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you.OverviewThe Deal Enablement Specialist supports the Commercial Services team in driving revenue and growth by enabling efficient, compliant, and scalable deal processes. This roleis responsible forsupporting the end-to-end commercial process from quote to close,maintainingCRM and CLM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Ironclad), tracking KPIs, improving workflows, and supporting sales enablement with tools and training.Key ResponsibilitiesServesin a Leadership roletodesign andimplementscalable processes and workflows to improve deal velocity, contract quality, and reporting efficiency.Facilitate business needs bypartneringwith the CRM Technology and Business Optimization Team toleveragetechnology and automation for improved user experience and reduced cycle times.Serve as a liaison between commercial, pricing, legal, and operations teams to streamline contract/deal processes and ensure policy compliance.Provide direction to commercial analyticsto developandmaintainingKPIs, dashboards, and insights tomonitordealvelocity, trends, and operational bottlenecks.Ensure all deals adhere to internal policies, pricing guidelines, and regulatory requirementsby inputting andmaintainingall system-requiredfields inSalesforce and Ironcladthrough the deal lifecycle.Managecontract redliningapprovalworkflowsandself- draftingcontractsdeveloped by legal.Facilitatesignature routing processes inIroncladandDocusign.Systemically manage a robust portfolio of deals, ensuring alignment across the enterprise, includingescalatingneeds,refiningrequirements,facilitatingmeetings, andprioritizing resources.Act as a subject matter expertand SMEfor CLM and CRM needs related to contracting and deal enablement.Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives in commercial operations, process optimization, and change management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.7+years of experience in contract, deal, or commercial operations, preferably in healthcare or healthcare technology.Experience with process improvement and operational strategy.Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on approach to problem-solving; ability tooperateat both strategic and tactical levels.Analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiencywith CLM tools (e.g., Ironclad,DocuSign) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
