Overview Expand Access. Strengthen Leadership. Transform Hospice Care. We are seeking a Regional Director of Operational Excellence to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in developing hospice branch operations, orientation processes, and quality care delivery. You will partner directly with clinical and administrative leaders to strengthen local teams, support regulatory readiness, and ensure hospice services meet the highest standards of excellence. This role requires regular, in-person weekly travel across assigned branches in North Carolina and South Carolina, and reports to the Vice President of Operations.
