In this role, you will manage support instances requiring partner involvement, serving as the escalation point between the client and the SPS partner.If you are seeking a role where your top priority will be to exceed customer expectations by understanding the clientsu2019 business model, partner resources and limitations, and the value added by product components, then this role could be a great fit for you. Experience supporting ERP integrations such as Sage X3 and Acumatica is a plus.Key Responsibilities:tu2022 Perform post-sale technical implementation, including installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration, while managing project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.tu2022 Partner with clients and third-party providers to resolve technical issues and integration challengesu2014including occasional collaboration on Sage X3 and Acumatica-related workflows.tu2022 Conduct complex tasks independently with minimal supervision, using wide latitude for judgment, and consult with clients to understand their business objectives and operational needs.tu2022 Keep customers and stakeholders informed of project progress, ensuring effective communication and resolution of scheduling issues.tu2022 Maintain a high level of industry-specific business knowledge by staying current with emerging products, ERP systems, and technical updates.Location:Remote u2013 USRequired Qualifications:tu2022 Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bacheloru2019s degree, or 3 years with a masteru2019s degree, including 3+ years in account management, relationship management, or product management.tu2022 Prior experience with third parties, consultants, VARs, and application providers is desired. Exposure to ERP platforms such as Sage X3 and Acumatica.tu2022 Strong relationship-building skills, especially over the phone, with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.tu2022 Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet browsers.What We Offer:At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role.
