Mid USD $166,900.00/Yr.Overview UW Credit Union is seeking a strategic and enterprise-mindedfinance leader to step into the role of Director of Financial Planning &Analysis (FP&A), a key leadership position responsible for advancing howfinancial insight, planning, and performance analysis supportorganizational decision-making. This role represents an importantexpansion of leadership capacity within our existing FP&A function,providing dedicated operational ownership of enterprise planning,forecasting, and financial performance activities. As the scale andcomplexity of our financial operations continue to grow, this leaderwill guide the organization through budgeting and forecasting cycles,enhance profitability analytics, and ensure financial strategies arealigned to enterprise priorities. The Director will also providecritical capacity that enables the SVP & Controller to focus more deeplyon long-term financial strategy, executive engagement, and board-levelfinancial leadership. We're seeking a collaborative, systems-orientedleader who brings strong financial services acumen and thrives at theintersection of analytics and strategy. This individual will leadenterprise planning rhythms, oversee performance insights acrossbusiness lines, and partner closely with senior leaders to translatefinancial data into actionable guidance that informs growth, investment,and operational decision-making.
