This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners. This role is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy problemu2011solving, learning new technologies, and supporting colleagues working across radio, television, and digital media. As the User Support Specialist I, you will serve as the first point of contact for technology support needs. This handsu2011on role includes: + Providing frontline support for commonly used tools such as Office 365, Google Workspace, Windows/macOS applications, printers, and fileu2011sharing systems. + Troubleshooting technical issues, setting up new equipment, and assisting staff with resolving dayu2011tou2011day technology challenges. + Learning about and assisting with workflows used in media production to help ensure staff have reliable tools and systems. Responsibilities + Assist with routine information technology (IT) support services for end users in alignment with organizational technology operations. + Serve as an initial point of contact for users, providing guidance and connecting them with appropriate resources. + Support procurement, installation, configuration, repair, and modification of hardware, software, and related components under supervision. + Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate issues involving data, network connectivity, client/server processes, and applications following established procedures. + Assist with operational maintenance of technology systems to ensure compatibility, functionality, and alignment with user requirements. + Support individuals and groups by providing basic information about available technology resources. + Maintain internal knowledge base documentation and contribute new materials for commonly encountered issues. + Provide oneu2011onu2011one instruction to users on standard hardware, software, and business applications. The base range for this contract position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
