JobDescription Performance Contracting is seeking a Branch Safety Engineerfor its Madison-574 operations based in Madison, WI. The BSE willsupport the Corporate Regional Safety Manager (RSM). The Primaryresponsibility of this role will be to train and coach workers to ensurecompliance with the PCI Target Zero Accident Prevention Plan whilecreating a collaborative safety culture. Job responsibilities include:Promote safety, safe work practices and behaviors to instill an injuryfree culture throughout PCI Madison projects and offices. Assist thebranch with implementing and administering the PCG Accident PreventionPlan, and any other related PCG safety policies, procedures, and bestpractices. Regularly visit jobsites to identify and anticipate riskareas and document compliance through jobsite safety inspections usingProcore. Assist in correcting and mitigating routine and non-routinehazards through working with Foreman and Superintendent. Work with ownerand other contractors to ensure branch is compliant with external safetyrequirements while maintaining rapport. This includes creating andsubmitting company and client safety reports, statistics, and otherdocumentation. Provide safety support including (jobsite or office)training, expertise, guidance, coaching, and assist in ensuring thatregulatory compliance is maintained with respect to safety, industrialhygiene and environmental protection. Conduct investigations ofwork-related injuries, illnesses and near-miss incidents Lead internalRoot Cause Analyses Meetings with branch management and corporatesafety. Enforce and document corrective actions from incidents and anyother general best practices or lessons learned. Act as liaison betweenthe company and client as it relates to site safety management. Workwith the Regional Safety Manager and other Branch Safety to ensurecontinuous improvement of the branch's safety culture, policies,procedures, and best practices. Evaluate, inspect, and recommend safetyequipment and personal protective equipment (PPE). Develop andadminister safety trainings, toolbox talks, lessons learned, quarterlysafety focuses, and any other necessary trainings. Manage the branch'straining matrix and ensure...
