The opportunity: The AssociateOperations Correspondence Analyst is part of the OperationsCorrespondence Templates team, reporting to the OperationsCorrespondence Senior Manager. Implements and maintains the templatesutilized for correspondence required based on operational activity anddriven by requirements defined by federal/state regulation, NCQA andURAC. How you will contribute: Manage efforts to implement and revisecorrespondence, resulting from operation activity for utilizationmanagement, claims, and complaints/grievance/appeals, to ensure accuratecontent within the templates and the templates are implemented orrevised within the timelines required.
