Whether it's the enticing aromas from the grill, thebackground sounds of live music, or the taste of a refreshing cocktailafter a long day at work, we want to ensure that our guests' time withus will bring them back again and again.What you will be doing: Warmly greet guests as they arrive and check for reservations or logwalk-ins. Escort guests to their tables, present menus and winelists, and introduce the assigned server. Manage the flow of seatingto ensure even distribution and timely service. Receive, record, andorganize reservations and special requests. Answer phones promptlyand courteously, using proper greeting and communication standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area. Assist with coat check and validate guest parking. Support serversand bussers by assisting as needed to ensure seamless service. Perform other duties as assigned by management.Position Requirements: Prior restaurant or hospitality experience required; host/hostessexperience preferred. Strong communication skills with a pleasant,professional phone voice. Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentand remain composed during busy periods. Proficiency in English tocommunicate with guests and staff. Ability to move through crowdedspaces while escorting guests. Knowledge of proper etiquette andguest service standards. Familiarity with reservation systems such asOpenTable preferred. Cash handling experience preferred. Flexibleschedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.What's in it foryou?
