This is a hybrid workopportunity.Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional programs toorganize, prioritize, and monitor process reengineering and automationinitiatives; champion and manage projects to streamline technology riskreview, software development lifecycle, and operational pipelines Serveas a thought leader in process optimization, identifying and drivingopportunities for significant improvements; act as transformation leadfor AI initiatives and provide assistance with prioritization, enablinggovernance, roadmap visibility, and value tracking across platforms andteams Develop and implement value-based metrics and reporting strategiesfor transformation projects, linking financial, portfolio, and projectperformance data to actionable insights Collaborate with stakeholders atall levels to ensure alignment and successful execution oftransformation goals Establish clear goals and enhance reportingvisibility to track progress and impact; utilize strong data analyticsskills to connect diverse data sources and generate strategic insightsManage integrated, cross-functional projects and strategic roadmaps forboth process and AI transformation Act with integrity, professionalism,and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteouswork environmentQualifications: Minimum eight years of recent experiencein operational excellence and quality management, ideally in atechnology-driven environment Master's degree from an accreditedcollege...
