FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details:Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Holidays: None Weekends: None JobSummary: Under general supervision coordinates operations of the PASRteam in a manner that facilitates efficient and patient focusedscheduling of services. Coordinates education, workflow enhancement toensure organizational objectives. Requires a focus on customer serviceduring all patient and staff interactions. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Aminimum of 3 years of prior experience as a receptionist/assistant orcustomer service field is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of priorinformal or formal leadership experience is preferred. Experience in amedical/healthcare setting is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: HighSchool diploma or equivalent is required. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:Effective communication skills, oral and written required. Ability tomulti-task. Strong proactive organizational skills a must. Must haveexcellent customer service skills. Must be proficient in MicrosoftOutlook and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare ispreferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visio is preferred.
