About the Role Search at Uber Eats is more than just a utility; it's the engine for discovery that drives over a third of our business. We're on a mission to evolve search from a simple query box into an adaptive, intuitive experience that understands user intent before they even finish typing. We are looking for a senior engineer and product thinker to help us redefine how millions of users discover the food, groceries, and merchants on our platform. You will design and ship the systems that power our next-generation search results by engineering new modes for intent expression & discovery. You won't just build features; you'll improve how we build them. Own the Future of Search: You will lead the technical strategy and end-to-end execution for core initiatives.
