Responsibilities u25cf Conduct end-to-end research, utilizing a wide variety of methodologies (both, qual and quant), to help us gain confidence in our understanding of our users (current and future), their needs and the opportunity this uncovers for our products. u25cf Work closely with marketing teams and product leaders to define the most important research questions, lead research, facilitate synthesis to get to compelling insights, and finally turn the insights into action. u25cf Define the most important insights that drive seamless customer experiences and delight and work with Marketing to action these and translate them into business impact. Qualifications u25cf 7+ years of work experience as a qualitative and quantitative researcher, preferably in the technology sector. This team works in both Market and UX/Design research domains so aptitude in both qual and quant is essential. Experience on the vendor side is also applicable. u25cf Experience with various qualitative and quantitative research methodologies such as moderated and unmoderated qual, ethnography, contextual interviews, surveys, conjoint, customer journeys and more. u25cf Proven ability to use customer insights to drive a holistic marketing strategy. u25cf Ability to distill research findings into clear, and compelling data backed presentations, data visualizations, and/or infographics. u25cf Great interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide diversity of colleagues in other disciplines and cultures. u25cf Experience programming surveys and performing data analysis and synthesis from DIY software (specifically Qualtrics, SPSS, etc.) is preferred u25cf Familiarity with design thinking and lean experimentation is a plus as is familiarity with Design research tools (Maze, User Testing, etc...) Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $ 124,000- 168,000 Southern California $ 113,500- 168,000EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
