Must have the following to apply:- Seven (7) years of experience- Advanced: 10-Key, Accounting, Alphanumeric Data Entry, Spreadsheet, Word Processing/Typing- Intermediate: Contact Management, Database, Presentation/PowerPointPreferred:- USDA credit analysis experienceSkills:- Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc.- Equivalent to a four year college degree- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals- Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public- Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations- Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables- Must be familiar with the more recent version of the SBA SOPRequired Screenings:Drug Testing/Screening; Background Checks; Credit Checks; Reference Checks.Job Description:The SBA and USDA Portfolio Manager/Credit Analyst is responsible for servicing and growing the existing SBA and USDA portfolio, as well as analyzing financial data on new and existing SBA and USDA loans in the assigned regions.1. Perform annual review/credit analysis on all SBA and USDA loans assigned2. Prepare credit memo and Loan Offering Memorandums (LOM) for SBA loans3. Review Late Pays/Deficiency Report and work with borrower on work-outs and collections4. Update the SBA Watch List for all assigned SBA and USDA loans5. Review Colson Report and provide updates to Colson Reporting Agent in SBA Department6. Grow current SBA Portfolio7. Review new SBA loan requests in assigned regions8. Prepare Loan Modification Requests for loan committee, SBA servicing, and secondary market9. Submit Loan Mod packages after loan committee approval to SBA for approval10. Request Release of Collateral from SBA and secondary market consultant11. Present credit memos in SBA/ELC Loan Committees12. Prepare Liquidation package for the SBA Repurchase Guaranty Center and the Banks attorney13. Work with SBA Liquidation Project Manager and SAD14. Prepare Form 1149 Transmittal for net proceeds from liquidation of collateral for defaulted loans15. Order 3rd party reports (appraisals) for collateral values for LTV16. Review SBA standard operating procedures (SOP) and take webinars to keep up to date on SBA SOP changes17. Attend SBA and USDA Dept meetings/trainings and update SBA Procedures for this role18. Monitor Insurances and collect updated certificates19. Work closely with SBA and USDA Dept Portfolio Managers to assign projects and tasks20. Pull weekly reports (cash items, delinquency report) and Monitor GL Accounts 21. Set up Ticklers for all S
