is assisting with the recruitment and training forScout Motors IncPotential employment opportunities exist for:Pre-Hire TrainingProduction AssociateWhat you'll do:Applicants will be considered for roles in Body, Paint, Assembly, or Logistics operations with the manufacturing plant.- Adhere to all safety standards, protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.- Follow process sheets and verbal/written instructions to ensure accurate and efficient task completion.- Perform production processes across Body, Paint, Assembly or Logistics in accordance with standardized work instructions and quality specifications.- Execute assigned duties such as weld loading, sealing, bolting, painting preparation and application, parts installation, or material handling, depending on area placement.- Utilize various hand and power tools, vehicle lifts, and automated equipment specific to each production area to complete operations safely and efficiently.- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying and communicating opportunities to enhance work processes, reduce material waste, and enhance quality.- Understanding of continuous improvement systems, such as VPS (Value-added Production System), and Lean Manufacturing principles.- Other duties as assigned.What youll bring- Must be at least 18 years of age.- High School Diploma / GED.- Minimum 6 months work experience required.- Preferred but not required: Experience in any of the following industries: Manufacturing/Production/Assembly, Industrial/Chemical, Mills/Warehouse, Logistics, Military or similar.- Clear and respectful communicator with peers, leads, and supervisors, promoting effective two-way communication on the production floor.- Capable of working standing up for long periods of time, demonstrating hand dexterity, tolerating repetitious work patterns and performing some moderate heavy lifting.- Strong commitment to safety protocols, actively contributing to a safe work environment and adhering to all company and industry safety regulations.- Maintains a high level of professionalism and integrity, consistently following company policies and taking accountability for work quality and conduct.- Candidates must be able to work some overtime hours and occasional weekend days.::: {style=
