Diesel Mechanic- Heavy Duty Harrisburg, PA u00b7 General Labor Apply Now Diesel Mechanic-Heavy Duty McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a skilled Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic to inspect, maintain, and repair diesel trucks and trailers. Responsibilities: + Perform diagnostics, inspections, and preventive maintenance + Complete Federal DOT inspections and PM services + Repair and replace major components including air brakes, clutches, transmissions, drivetrains, electrical, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulic, and A/C systems + Conduct test drives to verify performance and compliance + Maintain accurate service records + Maintain shop equipment and manage parts inventory Experience with Freightliner, Volvo, and International trucks is a plus. Requirements: + CDL Class A or B required + Federal DOT Inspection License preferred + Must have own tools + Acceptable MVR + Must pass drug test and DOT physical Why Join McCarthy Tire?
