Senior Facets Configuration Consultant Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Job ID: 00067368591 Senior Facets Configuration Consultant u2013 Membership, Enrollment & Billing About the role As a Senior Facets Configuration Consultant , you will make an impact by leading complex functional design, analysis, and configuration efforts across membership, enrollment, billing, and ASO billing workflows within TriZetto Facets. You will be a valued member of our healthcare technology team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client leadership to deliver scalable, accurate, and highu2011performing configuration solutions. This role is ideal for an expert in Facets membership and billing operations who can serve as a trusted advisor, guide clients through design decisions, and support endu2011tou2011end solution execution. In this role, you will: + Lead and facilitate requirements discovery sessions to determine optimal Facets configuration strategies across membership, enrollment, premium billing, and ASO billing processes. + Apply advanced understanding of key Facets functional areas, including: + Membership & Enrollment + Premium Billing + ASO Billing & Alternate Funding Agreements (AFA) + Analyze application behavior, assess impacts of configuration changes, and design scalable, compliant solutions. + Serve as a subjectu2011matter expert for customers, providing guidance on configuration standards, best practices, design alternatives, and downstream operational impacts. + Partner with business owners, technical teams, and downstream system managers to ensure complete endu2011tou2011end alignment across all integrated processes. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration issues, supporting production operations including batch billing cycles, invoice generation, and reconciliation. + Create and deliver clear, concise documentation such as design specs, functional analyses, and status updates. + Support collaboration across onshore and offshore models, ensuring smooth knowledge transition and delivery continuity. + Mentor junior consultants and client teams, providing handsu2011on knowledge transfer when needed. What you need to have to be considered: + 10+ years of healthcare industry experience, including 10 years of recent, handsu2011on TriZetto Facets experience focused on membership, enrollment, premium billing, and ASO billing. + Deep expertise in: + Membership/enrollment configuration + Group, subgroup, and billing entity setup + TPA business models and ASO billing constructs (contract periods, stop loss, fee schedules, invoice generation) + Facets data structures and reporting impacts + Experience integrating Facets with CRM, underwriting, quoting, rating, or pricing platforms. + Strong analytical and problemu2011solving skills with the ability to interpret configuration logic, batch processes, and billing outputs. + Proven success working in complex, crossu2011functional consulting environments. + Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to present configuration concepts to both technical and nonu2011technical audiences. + Ability to occasionally be onsite based on client engagement needs. These will help you stand out: + Experience supporting Individual, Commercial, and Medicaid lines of business. + Prior consulting experience guiding clients through system transformation or optimization initiatives. + Familiarity with healthcare payer operations and regulatory requirements. + Experience mentoring junior team members or leading functional workstreams. Salary and Other Compensation: Applicants will be accepted till 3/13/2026 Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. _Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future_ The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $132K-$150K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
