Eatonu2019s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a SAP SD Senior Systems Analyst. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. What youu2019ll do: Job Summary Design, model, configure, and implement functional software and process solutions to meet desired business requirements. The candidate will bring deep, handsu2011on expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), with strong proficiency in sales order processing, aATP, pricing, logistics execution, and billing within an SAP S/4HANA environment. They should be comfortable designing, configuring, and optimizing endu2011tou2011end SD processes in a modern S/4 landscape. Experience with Vistex, Project Systems (PS), Subscription Billing, and/or S/4HANA Service is a plus. Analyze business processes and systems processes & recommend improvements that use standard Eaton software and processes. Participate in implementations at expert level support often directing more junior level team members. Develops, demonstrates, trains, and drives regional or global solutions . Implements cotnrols that are fully auditable and compliant with business and regulatory standards Job Responsibilities u2022 Responsible for in-depth functional & business process knowledge of SAP SD target application - showing global leadership u2022 Lead the definition, design, and global standardization of SAP SD target processes, driving consistency across regions and ensuring that solutions support enterpriseu2011wide business strategies and operational goals. u2022 Work in partnership with global decision makers and business process owners on system requirements, processes, and systems. u2022 Manage requirements in line with global templates and guidelines. Ensure that solutions are for the benerfit of all users, sites, divisions and regions. u2022 Own the set-up and governance of consolidated, worldwide target processes. u2022 Demonstrate very strong analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources and regions, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements. u2022 Applies governance processes to the change control, system development life cycle and ensure that necessary regression testing is delivered to ensure system integrity. u2022 Support end to end processes and has a strong level understanding of system integration touch points. u2022 Applies the global governance to ensure proposed solutions are in-line global solutions. u2022 Participate in global business process improvement committees as needed. u2022 Strong communication skills - able to interect with senior level leaders at a global level. Able to explain complex system issues and decision points using common business language (without using IT terms and language). u2022 Drives innovation Qualifications: Basic Qualifications (required): + Bachelors degree from an accredited + Minimum seven (7) years in SAP SD configuration and full life cycle implementation + Expert-level knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD), including configuration and solution design across aATP, pricing, logistics execution, and billing, with a deep understanding of endu2011tou2011end orderu2011tou2011cash processes. + No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Moon Township PA: Beachwood, OH: Galesburg, MI: Menomonee Falls, WI: Houston, TX or Raleigh, NC to be considered. + Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Expert level of system expertise - fully demonstrated across many full-life cycle projects. Advanced knowledge of functional and technical capability including understanding of the core programming and database. u2022 Strong integration expertise across SAP and nonu2011SAP systems, including handsu2011on experience with IDoc, OData, BAPIs, SOAP services, batch interfaces, and ETL frameworks, with the ability to design robust, scalable integration patterns. u2022 Deep understanding of core SD business processes and the crossu2011functional integration points within the broader S/4HANA landscape (MM, FI, PP, EWM, GTS, etc.), ensuring highu2011quality, enterpriseu2011aligned solution architectures. u2022 Proficiency in S/4HANA technical capabilities, including In-App Extensibility (custom fields & logic), CDS views, embedded analytics, extensibility options, and sideu2011byu2011side extensions on SAP BTP. u2022 Strong knowledge of SAP platform technologies, including Fiori, BTP services, and modern SAP UI/UX and integration tools. u2022 Demonstrated experience delivering multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations, preferably on S/4HANA, with accountability across requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare. u2022 Proven experience operating in complex, hybrid enterprise landscapes, involving multiple boundary systems, diverse integration technologies, and global architecture standards. Skills: Soft skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with all level of the IT and business include executive and SLT.
