Patent Litigation Attorney

This is a part-time role (10-20 hours per week) on a flexible schedule.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a practicing Patent Litigation attorney.Essential Qualifications: Drafting pleadings and briefs in patent-related proceedings across various forums All phases of discovery, including:o Drafting and responding to discovery requestso Working with experts and drafting expert reportso Taking and defending depositionso Discovery-related motion practice, including motions to compel and for sanctions Pre-trial and post-trial motion practice, including:o Motions to dismisso Summary judgmento Injunctionso Judgment as a matter of law and related remediesPreferred Additional Experience Practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) Practice before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Hatch-Waxman litigation Patent prosecution experience Opinion work, including invalidity, infringement, and freedom-to-operate analyses Transactional experience, including patent licensing and IP due diligence in corporate transactionsFor immediate consideration please submit your resume in Word document format.
