As one of the front-line representatives of Food Bank of the Rockies' Volunteer Relations program, this role supports a high-volume, multi-site volunteer operation engaging approximately 24,000 volunteers each year---contributing the equivalent of 68 full-time employees and more than $5.5 million in annual impact.u00a0Working in a fast-paced environment, the Specialist helps create a welcoming, mission-centered experience for all volunteers while coordinating daily operations, supporting cross-departmental needs, and implementing improvements that enhance efficiency and engagement.
