Description We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to improve organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and increase conversions through data-driven search strategies. This role partners with content, paid media, and web teams to optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with marketing goals + Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis + Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site architecture + Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema markup) + Collaborate with content teams on SEO-driven editorial calendars + Manage backlink strategy and outreach efforts + Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions; provide regular performance reports + Stay current on algorithm updates and industry trends Requirements + 2u20135+ years of SEO experience in a marketing or agency environment + Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz + Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices + Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.) + Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and site structure + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Innovation starts with people.u00ae Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
