Job Description Power Mission-Critical Outcomes as an Oracle Inside Sales OCI Renewals Expert for the Department of War Elevate your sales impact from the inside, supporting Oracleu2019s Department of War (DoW) customers at the heart of the nationu2019s most strategic technology missions. As a member of our high-performing Inside Sales team, you will drive Oracle Cloud Infrastructure contract replenishments and identify expansion opportunities that help DoW customers maximize the value of their Oracle Cloud Infrastructure investments. This is a remote position and the candidate can live anywhere in the US, with a preference for the greater Washington DC area Responsibilities What Youu2019ll Do: + Own and manage the ORACLE CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE replenishments process for a portfolio of DOW accountsu2014delivering high renewal and replenishment rates and closing all contracts before expiration, right from our inside sales environment. + Proactively engage DOW customers over phone, video, and digital channels to reinforce Oracleu2019s cloud value proposition and uncover upsell opportunities. + Serve as a trusted advisor to DOW stakeholders, build consultative relationships, and provide ongoing account management and guidance tailored to government requirements. + Accurately forecast, track, and close replenishments and upsell opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals. + Identify and address risks to OCI renewals/replenishments, partnering with Customer Success and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance. + Efficiently manage your pipeline, accounts, and activities within Oracleu2019s CRM and sales platforms. + Collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, product, support, and security to communicate customer needs and advocate for tailored OCI solutions. About You: + 1+ years of inside sales, cloud renewals/replenishments, account management, or related experienceu2014ideally with federal or public sector clients. + In-depth understanding of the full sales cycle for renewals or replenishments, with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas through phone, virtual, and digital engagement. + Proven negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. + High attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, compliance-driven sales environment. + Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer challenges. + Experience building relationships and closing cloud/technology deals with minimal direction. + Federal market or Department of War experience a strong advantage.
