From supervising our dedicated team to upholding our standards for fresh food offerings and customer service excellence, youu2019ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities + Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example + Maintain high standards for fresh food preparation and delivery + Train and develop store personnel to foster a positive team environment + Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting store atmosphere + Assist in managing daily store operations and reporting tasks + Monitor sales trends and implement strategies for improvement + Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements + Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors Essential Functions + Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach for long periods of time. + Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins. + Visual acuity to check identification. + Be able to lift up to 50 pounds. + Be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products. + Be able to enter and work in a cooler with a temperature of 34 degrees up to 60 minutes at a time.
