Job Title:HVAC Field Operations Quote Support Specialist Location(s): Milwaukee,WI Position Overview: As an HVAC Field Operations Quote SupportSpecialist, you will play a key role in supporting the HVAC PSA ServiceQuality Team by managing and reviewing technician and mechanic Labor &Material (L&M) quotes within NxGen, service management platform. Yourprimary responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate quotecompletion and delivery to customers, helping drive operationalefficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Monitor andfollow up on technician-generated quotes in NxGen to ensure completionand customer delivery. Collaborate with field teams to resolvequote-related issues and improve turnaround times. Maintain accuraterecords and documentation of quote status and outcomes. Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multipletasks effectively. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel,SharePoint, Word, and Teams. Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
