Responsibilities: Lead thearchitecture and development of scalable, AI-powered systems that spanmultiple platforms and product lines Partner with engineering andproduct leaders to set and drive the strategic technical direction Guideengineering best practices across domains, ensuring consistency indesign, security, performance, and reliability Identify and evaluateemerging technologies for potential integration, including LLMs,autonomous systems, and next-gen dev tools Act as a technical mentor,shaping the growth of senior and staff engineers through coaching andarchitectural leadership Drive cross-functional initiatives that delivermeasurable improvements to engineering velocity and business outcomesWhile not a day-to-day coder, able to deep-dive into architecture,codebases, and design reviews when needed to resolve ambiguity orunblock teams Ensure architectural decisions and platform strategiesenable successful delivery of business-critical initiatives withmeasurable outcomes Requirements: Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred 10+ years ofsoftware engineering experience, including 3+ years in cross-platformarchitecture leadership Demonstrated success building AI-enhanced,cloud-native systems Strong understanding of distributed systems,performance optimization, and system reliability Proven track recordmentoring engineers and driving architectural direction across teamsAnticipates future trends and aligns actions with long-term objectivesDraws on broad knowledge to craft future-focused plans that effectivelytranslate strategy into action Identifies opportunities to boostefficiency and add value using AI and tech Embraces and applies digitalinnovations and tech solutions to build business Eagerly learns andintegrates new technologies where they matter most Seizes newopportunities and tackles challenges head-on with urgency Takesinitiative and consistently hits goals Zeroes in on key priorities forresults Drives progress through uncertainty and moves...
