JOB REQUIREMENTS: About the Job Responsible for implementing andmaintaining data and related restaurant technology projects to supportrestaurant vision. Utilize hospitality knowledge and experience in foodresearch and development, food marketing, training, customer engagementinitiatives e.g., test kitchens, vendor collaboration with GFS (culinarytrainings) and marketing & communication/brand efforts. Assist teamleaders and management in workflows, production capabilities, foodsafety practices, financials, and customer experience efforts. WhatYou'll Do Support data of ingredients and recipes while supporting theprocess of research and developing menu items that can meet establishedrequirements. Partner with culinary teams throughout innovation process,including concept/ideation, product development, in marketing testingbefore approving and entering system. Working knowledge of current foodservice platform (Cbord) related to food cost, inventory management costallocation, etc., to provide reporting to restaurant leadership and datafor others to make decisions in their daily work. Accountable forsupporting financial targets, menu design, recipe development,forecasting and product specification. Partner with CEE comms team tocreate educational & marketing materials for our customers that arealigned with the enterprise brand guidelines. Function as an escalationpoint for all Cbord questions/inquiries concerns that may arise.Function as the lead Cbord trainer across the team level. Partnerclosely with restaurant leadership & stakeholders (business ops team) toreview financial data, and food vendor information. Function as theproject lead for the restaurant sustainability program and datacollection. Coordinate with restaurant management and the seniordirector of sustainability to identify challenges, needs, andopportunities strengthening our food waste program and sustainableefforts. Coordinate, plan and document restaurant meetings and internalactivities. Responsible for gathering data from variety of sources,analyzing, and interpreting complex problems and utilizing effectivedecision-making skills to deliver sound business solutions. Proactivelycommunicate restaurant success stories, insights, survey feedback, andtest kitchen results, to help strengthen restaurant program (brand).Function as the restaurant subject matter expert on all marketing andcommunication efforts. What You'll Bring to the Role 2 Year Degree witha concentration in Culinary Arts or Food Science/Food Technology/closelyrelated scientific discipline or Minimum 5 years' experience inculinary product development & menu strategy. Experience preferred:Restaurant marketing, research and development, and food and beveragesystems. Provide technical support to ensure effective and efficientproduction flow.
