Bank Teller Supervisor

Description Robert Half is partnering with a well-established financial institution to hire a Bank Teller Supervisor on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on banking professional who enjoys leading from the front, ensuring operational accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced branch environment. Key Responsibilities: + Supervise and support daily teller operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies + Provide leadership, coaching, and training to teller staff to maintain high performance and service standards + Approve transactions within assigned limits and resolve escalated customer concerns + Monitor cash handling procedures, balancing, and vault operations to ensure accuracy and minimize risk + Assist with opening and closing procedures, audits, and reporting requirements + Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to support cross-selling and relationship building Requirements Qualifications: + Minimum 2 years of banking experience required (teller or supervisory experience preferred) + Strong understanding of teller operations, cash management, and compliance standards + Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members + Excellent customer service and communication skills + High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Why Work with Robert Half?
