Is seeking a highly motivated Deputy Manager for the Intermediate Heat Transport (IHT) system design team on TerraPower's advanced nuclear reactor projects. In this role, you will support personnel and technical management of the IHT team, and report directly to the Manager of the Intermediate Heat Transport system.The IHT Deputy Manager is responsible for supporting a geographically diverse team focused on the design of reactor equipment and components supporting TerraPower's Natrium project. The successful candidate will integrate and coordinate a team working on the reactor and it's interfacing systems as part of a high-performing team of engineers and scientists.Responsibilities:u2022 Coordinate and oversee multidisciplinary engineering activities, ensuring project teams meet scope, technical performance, schedule, and budget expectations.u2022 Develop, integrate, and analyze system-level schedules, including identifying acceleration opportunities and ensuring alignment with overall project schedules.u2022 Coordinate technical interfaces and handoffs between TerraPower, partners, and interfacing project teams to enable cohesive design and fabrication strategies.u2022 Plan, monitor, and manage task progress, including defining required scope, maximizing efficiency of individual contributors, and ensuring complete and accurate work execution.u2022 Develop and maintain engineering staffing and resource plans, evaluating team skillsets and adjusting staffing to meet long-range needs and project priorities.u2022 Support recruitment, onboarding, and integra
