Weu2019re looking for a dynamic 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead our client's production team and ensure smooth, efficient operations during evening hours. In this role, youu2019ll oversee critical aspects of plant operations - including production, maintenance, safety, quality control, scheduling, and workforce management - while fostering a positive culture and driving continuous improvement.
