As a key member of GSRs in-house Creative team, you will contribute to everything from large-scale campaigns to fast-turn social content, video graphics, on-property digital screens, brand assets, signage, and more. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and is equally comfortable concepting a brand campaign as creating dynamic motion graphics for digital platforms.MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:- Highly self-motivated, organized, accountable, and able to handle competing deadlines.- Strong communicator who maintains a positive, solutions-focused approach with team members and internal clients.- Ability to present and articulate design decisions clearly.- Comfortable working independently and collaborating in a team environment.- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering polished, high-quality work.- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.- 4+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially:After Effects (core requirement; advanced motion skills expected)PhotoshopIllustratorInDesignPremiere ProStrong portfolio demonstrating:Motion graphics work (broadcast, social, digital signage, etc.)Print and digital designBranding and campaign developmentOr any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.PHYSICAL DEMANDS- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly sitting and occasionally standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending over, crouching, and kneeling during the duration of their shift.- Must be able to push/pull 10lbs or less occasionally.- The team member will constantly have repetitive use of both hands, frequent light grasping motions, and occasional firm/strong grasping motions.
