Part-Time Social Media Manager

Slows Bar BQ is seeking a creative and motivated Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online presence across various social media platforms. Your goal will be to engage with our community, promote our delicious offerings, and reinforce the Slows Bar BQ brand identity. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. + Create, curate, and manage published content across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.). + Monitor social media channels for customer engagement and respond to comments and messages promptly. + Analyze social media metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategy as needed. + Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives. + Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and the restaurant industry. Requirements + Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. + Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Creative mindset with a passion for food and the restaurant industry. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. + Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. + Experience with social media analytics tools to track engagement and performance. + Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
