Unload trucks and balancesilo inventories. Input milk loads into Milk Dashboard and SAP. Washtanks and silos. Wash and unload milk trucks. Wash product lines.Process milk slips. Perform HTST/UF/RO readings. Run samples and recordresults. Loadout whey/cream trucks, complete paperwork in SAP. Mixpowder for production. Contact patrons for cow results. Complete taskson Master Sanitation Schedule. Comply with State and Federalregulations. Training on Charm Reader for antibiotic results Training toobtain Bulk Milk Sampler license Training to obtain HTST CertificationOther Duties and Responsibilities: Attend meetings as directed.Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices. Safety ProtocolStop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules andprocedures. Correct or report any observed safety hazards. Supportsafety policies and programs.
