Be a part ofhelping people live healthy lives as our new Manufacturing Tech SUMMARYThe responsibilities of the Manufacturing Technician position includemaintaining high sanitary standards throughout the preparation, set-up,and operation of the designated jobs, while meeting the high-qualitymanufacturing specifications within a safe work environment. TheManufacturing Technician will be a driver of continuous improvement inall department and organizational results, including but not limited to;Safety, Quality, Appearance, Reliability and Cost. Operators advancingto Manufacturing Tech III will to continue to conduct theresponsibilities learned during Tech I and II while attaining andbuilding on leadership skills. Individuals attaining Tech III willresponsible for both team and personal performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED: include the following. Other duties may beassigned. Operate and monitor assigned machine(s) to detect productdefects and/or machine malfunctions. Troubleshoot issues related toproduct quality, formulation and machine performance.
