Electrical Designer/Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENTS: ASI is seeking a qualified individual to assist indesigning the control systems, including the electrical, pneumatic, andhydraulic components, used to operate and control ASI's drying systems.Responsibilities include: Generate detailed electrical drawings andassemblies from sketches, design specifications and engineeringstandards Work with customers, project engineers, supervisors, technicalpersonnel, and shop personnel to prepare electrical drawings andschematics Generate item requisitions for purchased parts Provideperiodic reviews and updates on projects Provide technical support tosales, service, and manufacturing departments Work with customers in acompetent and professional manner Effectively communicate and interfacewith supervisor, dress out/electrical shop personnel, and othertechnical personnel Other duties as required Some travel and overnightstays may be occasionally required OTHER EXPERIENCE ANDQUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have thefollowing qualifications: Four-year Bachelor's Degree in ElectricalEngineering or a related field Firm grasp and understanding ofelectrical engineering concepts, design principles, and mathematicalconcepts Familiar with AutoCAD electrical Knowledge of drying equipment,coating technology, and/or converting industry a plus Ability to sizeprocess equipment such as electric heaters, burners, steam coilsCompetent working with and understanding electrical schematics and PLCcontrol systems Ability to identify, evaluate and solve problemsExcellent oral and written communication skills Self-motivativeindividual with excellent organizational and time-management skillsComputer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel Detail orientedindividual with a positive attitude and the ability to handle multiplejob assignments Relevant experience a plus APPLICATIONINSTRUCTIONS: Mail a Rsum: ASI - Division of Thermal Technologies Attn:HR Manager 1031 Ontario Rd Green Bay, WI 54311 E-Mail a Rsum: Apply Online: Call For Appointment: (920)548-1903 Apply In Person: 1031 Ontario Rd Green Bay, WI 54311
