This position is to support the showrooms within theNorthern Region with order management / fufillment, training, andprocess / SOP adherence. Open to remote work with ability to day tripsto locations within Northern Region. Responsibilities Vendor and ProductUpdates Conduct internal salesperson follow-up as necessary to addresscustomer/order issues, assess customer satisfaction and promotealternate options as needed. Deliver exceptional service in a mannerthat meets K, B, & L Store and First Supply profit objectives includingbut not limited to minimizing delivery costs, minimizing rate ofreturned products outside of manufacturer defects, maximizing grossprofit by supporting store sales growth Manage product orders beyondquotation and order entry stages, including procurement from vendorswhen required, tracking vendor purchase orders, facilitating solutionsfor fulfillment and allocation issues, scheduling product delivery byFirst Supply or third-party services, and communicating order status tothe sales associated and/or customer as necessary Maintain a cyclicalorder follow-up system to ensure all orders reach completion, focusingon efficiency, thoroughness, attention to detail, and workloadmanagement Work with store teams and managers to drive invoicing as itrelates to order fulfillment and completion Coordinate and conduct KB&LChat feature Provide support and order management solutions as neededfor KB&L E-commerce Employee Training and Development Coaching teams onFirst Supply systems and standard operating procedures including our ERPsystem and any other processes required for in-store operations Otherduties/responsibilities as assigned by leadership QualificationsExperience in customer service, data entry/order management or salesenvironment preferred Knowledge of Kitchen & Bath products, sales,installation, or service preferred Computer knowledge and...
