Sales Account Executive This is a remote SalesAccount Executive position located in Milwaukee, WI from Monday -Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pensation: $50,000 per year + commission SUMMARY: Responsible forpromoting and selling Pace Analytical services within an assignedterritory, leveraging relationships and ensuring customer retention.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Increases Market Share through new business growthand increases Wallet Share of existing customers in assigned territory.Visits customer establishments to evaluate needs or to promote servicesas needed. Maintains customer records using automated systems.Negotiates prices or terms of sales or service agreements; quotesprices, credit terms or other bid specifications. Contacts new orexisting customer to discuss how specific products/services can meettheir needs Provides intermediate to complex analysis, interpretationand counsel to customers, staff, management, and functional leadersregarding sales policies, programs and practices. Provides guidance anddevelops recommendations on product/service features based and analysesof customers' needs and on technical knowledge of capabilities andlimitations to meet customer requirements. Assists with receivingcustomer feedback and coordinating resources and responses as required.Analyzes and reviews operations, results, feedback and related salesinformation on an ongoing to as needed basis to determine trends, drawconclusions, interpret findings, and presents results, proposals andrecommendations to customers or management. Ensures the accuracy ofintermediate to complex sales and operational databases, reports, andrelated details through audits, queries, and operational reviews; workswith teams to resolve discrepancies. Assists with developing sales orcross-functional project or program objectives, which includes proposedbudgets, timelines, materials, personnel, and other projectrequirements, receives direction and presents information to management;may develop and manage areas that are moderate in scope or terprets and applies department policies and procedures and assistswith applicable laws, rules, and regulations; receives guidance withinthese areas as needed.
