Journeyman Electrician / Service Technician

Role Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair issues in electrical systems for commercial and industrial propertiesInstall and complete terminations on panels, including both single and three-phase setupsExecute conduit runs, pipe bending, and wire mold installationInstall lighting, controls, and service components per project needsReview blueprints and technical drawings for project accuracyHandle service visits independently and occasionally lead small field teamsMaintain clear communication with customers and office personnelWork with systems such as motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, and BAS setupsAdhere to all safety protocols and code standards (NFPA70, OSHA)Participate in on-call and weekend service rotation when requiredWhat We're Looking For:At least 2 years of experience as a journeyman-level electricianStrong skills in electrical diagnostics and troubleshootingAbility to work safely around energized circuitsFamiliarity with motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, and BAS systems is a plusClear communication skills and professional customer interactionValid driver's license and clean recordAble to pass background and substance screeningMust be comfortable traveling locally and occasionally out-of-stateProficiency in EnglishBenefits & Perks:Weekly payroll401(k) plan with company contributionsHealth, dental, and vision coverageLife insurance and additional benefit optionsPaid vacation and holidaysOvertime availabilityPaid certification/training programsPositive and safety-first work cultureDaily travel expenses covered for out-of-area jobs
