The Plant Operations Department is responsible for all aspects of physical plant maintenance for Northwest HealthCare, including general Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provides the necessary craft for maintenance and renovation of the building structures, finishes, furnishings, and all other duties as required. Responsibilities + Keeps equipment clean and operational. Handles and disposes of hazardous and or infectious waste properly and practices infection control. Adheres to regulatory guidelines. + Produces professional, high quality construction and coating applications utilizing standard painter and carpentry skills. + Performs layout and planning of construction tasks. + Documents labor hours and material usage for capital projects. + Plans and performs preventative and corrective maintenance according to approved procedures, department policies, and manufacturer's specifications.
