The role may oversee other leaders in addition to staff. This role often involves regular travel to and rounding in assigned clinics.ResponsibilitiesThis individual is responsible for all administrative functions of the practice location(s) including operations, marketing, and finance.The Clinic Manager II partners with senior leaders on key areas such as physician production, compensation, scheduling, charge capture/ reimbursement inquiries, referral processing, human resource management, medical and business information systems, ancillary services, general operations and strategic planning and development.The distinction between Clinic Manager I and II is based on the scope and span of control, with the Clinic Manager II overseeing broader or more complex operations.RequirementsBachelor's degree required5 yrs exp in a professional or technical role/function3 yrs exp in a supervisory or lead capacityConsideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualificationsAbout Tacoma General HospitalMultiCare Tacoma General Hospital, in the heart of Tacoma, WA, is a 367-bed regional medical center delivering cutting-edge care.
