Job Description CFA Institute is seeking a Macro Foresight & Systems Head to provide outside-in, systems-level foresight on structural shifts (initially AI and private markets), identifying how deep technological, industrial, and geopolitical transformations may reshape finance and investment practice over time u2014 before these changes are fully visible in markets or current professional norms. This role is intentionally conceptual, integrative, and pre-consensus. Its value lies in mapping uncertainty, not predicting outcomes.
