GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF JOB: Ensures the stability, performance, and security of SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors HCM systems by managing installations, configurations, upgrades, and technical support for critical business operations. DUTIES: Core SAP Platform Administration + Lead installation, configuration, and administration of SAP S/4HANA landscapes (development, QA, production) and related components (Fiori, Gateway, Web Dispatcher). + Manage SAP HANA 2.0 databases, including backup/restore, tenant administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. + Oversee transport management strategy and operations; maintain STMS configuration and change auditability. + Execute kernel updates, SPS/SUM upgrades, maintenance planning, and SAP Note implementation. + Direct client and system copy strategies for projects, testing, and disaster recovery. SuccessFactors HCM Administration + Coordinate bi-annual SuccessFactors release management; review notes, assess impact, and lead regression planning. + Administer provisioning tasks with HCM team (settings, permissions, RBP) and support IAS/IPS configuration for SSO and user lifecycle. + Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP systems via SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, and file-based interfaces. + Ensure HR data security and compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA). Performance, Monitoring & Reliability + Implement and optimize monitoring using SAP Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM; define alerts and health checks. + Analyze and resolve performance issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers; conduct capacity planning. + Design and maintain HA and DR architectures (HANA System Replication, failover testing, RTO/RPO compliance). + Own backup/restore strategies and conduct periodic DR drills; document outcomes and remediation actions. Security & Compliance + Govern user and role administration across SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and SuccessFactors (PFCG roles, RBP model, IAS policies). + Enforce secure configurations, encryption, certificates, SNC/SSO, and secure network flows. + Partner with audit teams on security, SoD compliance, and evidence collection; remediate findings and maintain documentation. Integration & Platform Engineering + Design and manage integrations (IDoc/ALE, OData, REST, SFTP) and middleware (SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite). + Maintain connectivity between on-prem, cloud, and hybrid components (BTP services, VPNs, load balancers, firewalls). Release & Change Management + Lead technical cutovers for projects (greenfield, brownfield, upgrades); develop runbooks and coordinate execution. + Maintain change calendars, freeze windows, and participate in CAB; ensure adherence to change procedures and rollback plans. Documentation & Standards + Create and maintain documentation (architecture diagrams, operating procedures, SLAs, runbooks, inventory). + Establish and enforce Basis standards for naming, transports, backups, logging, and monitoring. Collaboration & Leadership + Serve as senior technical point of contact for SAP operations; mentor junior Basis administrators and cross-functional teams. + Partner with HR, Finance, Security, Network, and Infrastructure teams to deliver reliable ERP and HCM services. + Manage vendor relationships; coordinate OSS incidents, SAP Notes, and support escalations. Support & On-Call + Provide L3 support for complex incidents and root cause analysis; drive problem management and long-term fixes. + Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24u00d77 availability for critical production issues and maintenance windows. REQUIREMENTS: Skills, Abilities and Competencies: + Deep knowledge of on-premises SAP S/4HANA architecture, HANA 2.0 database administration, and SuccessFactors (HCM/LMS) provisioning and integration, including BTP, IAS/CPI, SSO, Fiori + SAP Content Server + SAP Solution Manager / Cloud ALM + SAP Cloud Analytics + Red Hat Linux / Windows Server Behavioral Competencies (these are required for all positions at ACG): + Accountability + Accessibility + Inclusivity + Integrity Education and Experience: + High school diploma or GED equivalency + At least 9+ years of relevant experience + Any equivalent combination of education and work experience that satisfy the requirements of the job will be considered. Preferred Education and Experience: + SAP Basis Certified Pre-Employment Additional Requirements: + Must successfully pass pre-employment testing which includes an acceptable current motor vehicle record (MVR), background check, and polygraph exam. Post-Employment Requirements: + Successful completion of Colorado Justice Information System (CJIS) training. + Must live in Colorado. + Job is Remote with some on-site work/meetings. + Position is deemed essential and incumbents must be available for winter storm and other emergency events and available to work on-call on a rotational basis including evenings, holidays and weekends. + Work locations and facilities are subject to change based on business need.
