Our Swim Instructors are the most important and valued part of our business! Instructors are responsible for a maximum of three students at any lesson.Swim Instructor or Swim Coach: Teach children and adults of all ages the important life skills of swimming! We have an excellent proprietary curriculum that we provide training on upon hiring.Requirements:A passion for children and young familiesA passion for exceptional customer serviceExperience working with children in any capacityCurrent CPR and First Aid for Adults, Child, and Infant required - (In-house training can be provided onsite)Complete training in the SafeSplash curriculum within the first 30 days of employmentMust be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds in weightStrongly Preferred:Swim Instruction experienceBackground in early childhood learning, teaching or coaching kidsHours:Flexible part-time hoursSet schedule every weekPMs M-Th 4.5-hour shift in the afternoon. Tu, W, F 2.5-hour shift in the morning. Saturday 3.5 hr shift in the morning.
