This hands-on role involves assembling various products and components into finished goods while maintaining quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform any required setup activities for assemblyPosition and align components for assemblyAssemble fabricated or purchased parts into subassemblies and finished products according to a bill of materialsOperate hand tools and air tools to assist in assembly; additional tool operation may be requiredMaintain a clean and safe work environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulationsFollow instructions from supervisors and perform other duties as assignedQualifications & Skills:High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to meet quality and production standards set by the departmentWillingness to work overtime and Saturdays as scheduledAbility and willingness to learn new processes as neededComfortable working in a team-centered environmentAbility to read and follow simple instructions, written or verbalBasic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimalsAbility to read basic tape measures and simple blueprintsWork Environment:Hands-on work in a manufacturing settingPhysically capable of standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks as requiredIf you are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a collaborative team, apply today through Crown Staffing!
